Mr. Gangloff is an architect in the firm of Oudens + Knoop Architects, PC, in Chevy Chase, Maryland, where he has worked on numerous commercial, academic, and governmental projects. His work has entailed all aspects of architecture and architectural design with an emphasis in recent years on contract administration, writing contracts, fee negotiations, review of contractor cost proposals and negotiations between owners and contractors.
